Adhering to the concept of “overall design” and using the method of “experiential place design”, he is good at creating delicate and vivid public spaces and places. He has extremely rich experience in the control of structures and scales as well as the human space design. He has worked out a large number of wonderful works in community planning, science and education parks, urban design, featured towns, village planning, and tourism planning. He is dedicated to contributing professional strength to the creation of towns and villages and the harmonious development with nature.
Liu Xuan
Co-founder and Managing Director
As an advocate and practitioner of responsible tourism and socially responsible enterprise, Ms. Liu Xuan founded Dragon Expeditions, Yunhe Nature Education Centre and Dragon Yunhe. Ms. Liu Xuan is also the strategic partner of the China Environment Institute (GEI) and formulated the community development projects in Sanjiangyuan National Park. She also participated in the planning and development of the Wanglang Giant Panda Nature Reserve natural education development plan. In 2017, she was invited by the US federal government and the only expert from China to participate the national park leadership training programme.
Dr Zhou Jian
Commercial Director, Technical Director, Chief Architect
Dr Zhou Jian obtained his master's degree in architecture and doctor degree in engineering from Tongji University. He holds first-class registered architect certificate. He is currently a lecturer at the Architecture and Urban Planning School of Tongji University. Member of the China Association of Architectural Engineers; Fire Safety Committee member of the Chinese Society of Architects; member of Environmental Behavior Research Association (EBRA); member of Shanghai Lighting Institute
From 2011 to 2017, he served as Deputy General Manager, Technical Director, Chief Architect “Ji Jing Design”.
He is mainly engaged in architectural design, construction technology, environmental behavior, urban disaster prevention, disaster prevention of ancient buildings, urban infrastructure research. He also published many related academic papers in core industry journals and publications.
Previous works: the overall design of the campus of Henan University of Science and Technology; the monolithic architectural design of the core area of Phase I Henan University of Science and Technology and its library; the overall design of the Maitreya Buddhism Cultural Park of Fanjing Mountain; the overall design of the Yiluo River Water Ecological Demonstration Zone in Luoyang; the Planning and Design of Wanggezhuang New City in Qingdao; the overall design of Zhuhai Golf Project; the overall design of Feixi Xiangyuanhua Flower World; the overall design of Puchuang Town Scientific & Innovative Corridor; the overall design of Wufu Town in Handan; Zibo Boshan Yaojiayu Healthcare Township Center and Phase I Architectural Design; Anji Yinrun Town B6 Block architectural design; Qujing Qilin District “Fragrance Yard" architectural design; etc.
Wu Min Director, Planning & Design
Mr. Wu graduated from Tongji University with bachelor of urban planning and later obtained his Master degree in Urban Planning from China Urban Planning & Design Institute. He served as the chief planner for the China Urban Planning & Design Institute Shanghai and currently he is the member of the Urban Planning Bid Evaluation Expert Panel in Hangzhou, Jiaxing and Suzhou.
Mr. Wu has received 9 national awards for his outstanding planning and design works from the China Urban Planning & Design Institute, including 3 first prizes, 1 second prize, 4 third prizes, and 1 incentive prize; and 7 provincial excellent planning and design awards, including 5 second prizes and 3 third prizes; 2 national outstanding planning and design awards, including 1 second prize and 1 third prize.
He led and completed more than 40 urban planning and design projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Huzhou, Taizhou, Shandong, Jiangxi, Fujian and Hainan. His planning works include urban design at all levels (including overall urban design, landscape style planning, urban design during phased regulation, etc.), and urban development strategy, general urban planning, community and park updating planning.
Dr Hou Bing Operation Director
Dr Hou has over years of management experiences in the Planning & Design industry.
He served as the head of the rural tourism department of Blue Town Group, Sunriver Group and Blue Town Group; also served as vice General Manager of Blue Town Group Shuangpu Yuanxiang Project
Dr Hou has hands on experience with the planning & deisgn through his earlier endeavours. He Participated in the planning projects of Shaoxing Opera Town, Chunfeng Changle, Pinghu Jiangnan, Shuangpu Yuanxiang Chengdu Duoli Taohuayuan, Nanjing Taoli Spring Breeze, Hefei Xiangyuan Flower World, Hefei Happy Farm, Qiyun Mountain, Xiangyang Ecological Park and many others.
